Dublin based band The Evora are just finishing their album, and performed their first live gigs performing their own material in the Purdy Loft in Dun Laoghaire in August and in K2 in Howth in October. The band features Ian McSweeney, Alan Rickard and the Morton Brothers, Joey, James and Jonny, who all grew up on the same road as Eoin in their youth. The video was shot in the band’s rehearsal room and on Howth Pier at night in the rolling fog coming in from the sea. The video aimed to act as an introduction to the band, expressing their vibe and allowing the song to breathe.
The song features as the title track for the feature film ‘Dreaming For You’, as with 6 other tracks used on the soundtrack by the band. The video is inter cut with scenes from the film and features Kettie Rompre, who plays the lead of ‘Kayla’ in the film. Make up by Nadia Macari.
